An agent or homeowner has nothing to lose and a lot to gain by setting up a free consultation.

One purpose of the consultation is to determine how much time is necessary to do a good job staging the home. Also, our professional stagers are trained to share statistics and make updating recommendations. This homeowner needed to replace carpet and remove wallpaper. The agents who use our services know that we show great “before and after” pictures to motivate the homeowner to do all that is necessary to prepare their home. Our stagers almost always get the staging appointment after a short consultation.

The free consultation is not designed to replace a staging appointment. A Staging Report can, on the other hand, be a low-cost substitute to assist a Do-It-Yourself homeowner. More about that next time…
