Greetings Friends, Family and Staging Fans,
WELCOME TO YOU ALL…Becky Harmon

Someone once said that house hunting is a lot like speed dating. Singles meet 10 or more potiential mates in an evening by having 5 minute dates with them. They start out with a list of “must-haves”, such as:
          1. College Educated
          2. Good Value System
          3. Animal Lover
But when the chemistry and emotional connection are there, the list goes out the window. We follow our hearts.
If you’ve been house hunting, you know what I mean. When relocating, you may have three days to find that dream house. You must see 5 to 10 houses in a day. You have your list of “must-haves”, such as:
          1. 3 BR/2 Baths
          2. Fenced Yard
          3. Near the Beach
Again, when the chemistry and emotional connection are there, the list (or part of it)  sometimes goes out the window.
Such was the case when My husband and I first moved to Jacksonville in ‘93. The agent had finished showing us all the houses on her list for the day. Then we spent some time siteseeing around the city. We drove past one lovely house for sale that was outside our desired area and a tad above our price range. It also had a pool which we did not want. Guess what! We bought that house!
It had what I now call “goosebump” appeal. I was attracted to a 16 ft. fireplace wall with french doors on either side. The homeowner had placed just the right accessories to highlight the home’s best features. We decided in about 5 minutes to buy that house.
The reason I’m telling you about this…YOU CAN CREATE THAT “GOOSEBUMP” APPEAL IN ANY HOUSE!!!
Consider joining us for a seminar or class to find out how…

Watch for a new “Product Page” in the coming weeks.

*It will feature an opportunity to “attend” the 1-day seminar online from home.

*Another product will be a DVD of an actual Transformations staging/redesign produced by Creation Studios. It can be used by certified professionals to do presentations. The before and after shots are spectacular. With this DVD, they can illustrate the benefits of this service to their clients.

Be All That You Can Be

A reprint of a timely message from my mentor-Mark Victor Hansen, co-author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series…
Dear Friends,

Clocks and watches all over the world have the same number of hours in each day - 24. And that’s what we get each day. I have 24, Bill Gates has 24 and Warren Buffett has 24. And you do, too. It’s up to you to determine how to spend every minute.

You can waste your days sleeping late, watching television, hating your job and wishing you had a better life. Or you can spend your time creating a better life - a world devoted to improving yourself and the lives of others. So what are you going to do with each day’s 24 hours?

THIS WEEK’S LESSON:
Visualize Your Perfect Day

In reality, you are either living your life the way you envision it - or how someone else does. Only you have the power to live exactly how you want. Think about this - you already have the resources to create the life you desire within your mind. Don’t you think it’s time to take control and begin fulfilling your dreams? Start by repeating daily: “This is my life to live as I choose.”

You’re probably saying, “Of course I want to live my dream life, Mark, but where should I begin?”

The only place to begin is at the beginning. First, realize you have the power within you to get everything you want. No one else can do it for you. Heck, I’d love to give you what you want simply by blinking my eyes, but I can’t. Only you can do it. I can show you the door to living your dreams, but you have to open and walk through it.

Second, have a clear vision of what your perfect life looks like. That means visualizing and writing exactly what you want to do every day.

And third, believe your perfect life will manifest and become your reality. Remember, whether you believe something is possible or not, you’re right.

  From My Heart, con’t.

Closing remarks on beauty. excellence and taking care of yourself…

I’ve had the opportunity to meet and talk to countless people who feel trapped in a job they no longer love. They dream of having their own business. They long to have the flexibility of a  career that could be based out of a home office. There are not many alternatives out there short of returning to school.

We have dear friends who paid over $100,000. for a small business…a day spa. As it turned out, instead of flexibility, they were working all the time and barely making any money. They ended up eventually losing the spa and their huge investment, I’m sorry to say.
The investment to become a Real Estate Stager/Redesigner is tiny by comparison. Just last week, two of my graduates called with great reports…
“I have more business than I know what to do with. My husband has been complaining that I’m too busy. I’m having a blast and making money.”
Deanna Garrity, October 2006 Class
“I did a redesign job that lasted less than two full days and made $1400. I’m so excited.”
Ann Gobler, July 2006 Class
Yes, there is a lot of work to do on the front end to market and launch your business. I teach the class that it’s like getting a 747 off the ground. But once it’s in the air…look out world, here we come!
Maybe it’s time to check it out. What have you got to lose?

Till next time…
Sincerely,

Becky Harmon
