Have you noticed that Real Estate Staging is in the news lately:
Unless you’ve been on a deserted island, you must know that staging is rapidly gaining in consumer awareness. The popular HGTV staging program, DESIGNED TO SELL, has moved from one night a week to five nights a week…and at 8:00pm…PRIME TIME.
In October, USA Today featured a lengthy article on the R.E. staging phenomenon.
In September, ABC’s Nightline devoted a segment to staging, often described as a “mega-trend” in the ever-evolving world of real estate.

Lately everyone seems to be talking about Redesign:
A New York Times article recently announced to the business-as-usual traditional design community, “The world as you know it is over.” They were referring to the army of redesigners who are “…starting to muscle in on their territory.” The article describes how a former lawyer turned stay-at-home mom carved out a niche in a community “overrun with decorators”. It explains how she has bridged the gap between the high-end designer and the average homeowner who just needs guidance and direction. Redesign gave her a flexible schedule doing what she loves.
Redesign is officially “on the map”. The public is madly in love with the whole one-day-decorating concept. They are choosing it over traditional design and they want more, more, more! And the demand for redesign is outpacing the supply of trained professionals. THE TIME IS NOW!
